What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to attend the initial training program, you must sign an agreement and pay a training fee. Specifically, you must pay an initial training fee of $10,000 before attending the training. This fee will be credited towards your initial franchise fee if you sign a Franchise Agreement before the Franchise Evaluation Period expires. If you notify Body Brain Center that you will not attend the initial training program before it begins, the training fee will be promptly refunded.

All owners and managers must successfully complete the initial training program before signing the Franchise Agreement. Body Brain Center also offers optional periodic training courses. Before opening the business, each owner must complete the Self-Enrichment workshop, Qualified Instructor Training, and Leadership Training provided by Body & Brain Yoga and Health Centers, Inc.

The initial training fee of $10,000 is required for each person attending the initial training program, whether before or after signing the Franchise Agreement. If someone fails to successfully complete the initial training and needs to retake it, there may be a $400 retraining fee. Franchisees are responsible for all food, lodging, and travel costs incurred by owners and managers while attending any training program, workshop, or conference. Additionally, if you hire a manager to operate the Body & Brain Centers, you must pay a separate $10,000 training fee for each manager attending the training program.
