What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the document outlines specific procedures related to commission payments, particularly concerning credit or debit card transactions and refunds. If a Body Brain Center franchisee accepts payments via credit or debit card, they must promptly submit the card information to Body Brain Center within three business days. Following this submission, Body Brain Center will then pay the franchisee their commission within three weeks.

Furthermore, the FDD addresses scenarios involving refunds. If a customer requests a refund for a payment on which the franchisee has already received a commission, Body Brain Center retains the authority to decide whether to grant the refund and determine the refund percentage. Should Body Brain Center approve the refund, the franchisee is obligated to reimburse Body Brain Center the corresponding percentage of the commission they initially received within three weeks of being notified about the refund.

These stipulations regarding commission payments and potential refund scenarios are important for prospective Body Brain Center franchisees to understand. They highlight the financial responsibilities and procedures involved in managing transactions and addressing customer refunds, ensuring transparency and accountability in the financial operations of the franchise.
