What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 will provide additional consulting services to franchisees under certain conditions. Upon a franchisee's reasonable request, Body20 will offer consulting services regarding the operation of the studio, subject to the availability of their personnel. This support may include information on new developments, techniques, and improvements in merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and studio design. Body20 may deliver these consulting services through printed or filmed material, an Intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person.

If Body20 provides in-person consulting services outside of their offices, the franchisee is responsible for covering a fee and the expenses incurred by Body20. This means that while the initial consultation may be provided as part of the franchise agreement, any on-site support will come at an additional cost to the franchisee.

This arrangement is fairly typical in the franchise industry, where franchisors offer ongoing support but often charge for extensive on-site assistance to cover their costs. Prospective Body20 franchisees should factor in these potential costs when budgeting for their franchise and consider the circumstances under which they might need to request and pay for these additional consulting services.
