During the operation of your Franchise:
- 3. Requested Consulting Services. We will provide to you additional consulting services with respect to the operation of the Studio upon your reasonable request and subject to the availability of our personnel. If we consider it appropriate or necessary, we will make available to you information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in the areas of
merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. We may provide such additional consulting services through the distribution of printed or filmed material, an Intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person. If such services are rendered in person other than at our offices, you must pay us a fee and our expenses. (Franchise Agreement - Section 5.6)

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 will provide additional consulting services to franchisees under certain conditions. If Body20 provides in-person consulting services outside of their offices, the franchisee is responsible for covering a fee and the expenses incurred by Body20. This means that while the initial consultation may be provided as part of the franchise agreement, any on-site support will come at an additional cost to the franchisee.
