subsequent Designated Managers, in accordance with our standards and training programs. If, in our sole judgment, you fail to properly train your employees in accordance with our standards, we may prohibit you from training additional employees and either require them to attend training at our headquarters (for which you must pay the Training Fee) or pay our fee to send one of our representatives to train them at your Studio, which will not exceed $1,000 per trainer per day.

  • 5.6 Requested Consulting Services. We will provide to you additional consulting services with respect to the operation of the Studio upon your reasonable request and subject to the availability of our personnel. If we deem it appropriate or necessary, we will make available to you information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in the areas of merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. We may provide such additional consulting services through the distribution of printed or filmed material, an intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person.
