Mr. McEvoy has served as our President since April 2025. From March 2024 to March 2025, he was the Senior Vice President of Development of Predecessor. From February 2022 to February 2024, he was the Director of Real Estate and Construction of Predecessor. Mr. McEvoy also has served in the following positions for Mayweather Boxing + Fitness in Los Angeles, California: (a) Consultant of National Mapping and Data Analytics from July 2021 to January 2022; (b) Director of Development from April 2021 to July 2021; and (c) Director of Construction from January 2020 to April 2021. Ryan serves in his present capacity in Newport Beach, California.
