Our Senior Director of Training and Education, Kai Saks, will supervise Initial Training and our other training programs. Ks3ai has over 15 years of fitness training experience and has served in this training role for us or our Predecessor since 2024. Other executives with subject matter expertise, including our Director of Fitness, Sydney Maddox, will participate in portions of Initial Training. The Manuals, PowerPoints, and various training guides and materials serve as instructional materials.
