What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body20 Franchise Disclosure Document, the purpose of the Franchise Applicant Questionnaire is to confirm that you understand the terms of the Franchise Agreement and that no unauthorized statements or promises have been made to you. By completing the questionnaire, you are representing that you have provided honest and complete responses to each question.
The questionnaire includes questions such as whether you have personally read and understood the Franchise Agreement. It also asks whether any Body20 representatives have recommended that you have the FDD and related agreements reviewed by an attorney or other professional advisor, and whether you have in fact discussed these documents with an advisor.
The questionnaire also addresses financial representations. Specifically, it asks whether any Body20 employees or other persons speaking on their behalf have made any statements or representations regarding the amount of money that others have made or that you might make as a Body20 franchisee, the revenue or profits that a Body20 franchise will generate, or any other financial performance information about Body20 franchises. If you answer "yes" to any of these questions, you are required to describe the statement or representation, including when, where, and by whom it was made.
