What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the sales training consists of 8 hours of classroom training. This training takes place at Body20's headquarters.
In addition to sales training, Body20 provides other training programs. These include general business training, product training, systems/CRM training, physiology/technical training, and studio and owner operations training. The location for systems/CRM training can be at the headquarters in Newport Beach, California, at the franchisee's studio, or online.
Prospective franchisees should note that they are responsible for all travel and living expenses, including meals, transportation, and accommodations, incurred by their trainees during the training programs. Franchisees are also responsible for reimbursing Body20 for any travel and living expenses incurred by Body20's employees or agents related to providing any additional training, remedial training, or consulting services at the franchisee's studio.
