l to maintain the quality and service standards set forth in the Manuals, we may, in addition to all of our other rights and remedies, assign trainers to the Studio to retrain Studio employees and restore service levels and/or require you or your employees to repeat Initial Training or attend additional training programs at a location that we designate. We may charge a fee of up to $1,000 per trainer per day for each trainer assigned to your Studio and any remedial training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the responsibility for training other employees, including subsequent Designated Managers, lies with the Required Trainees. These training activities must align with Body20's standards and training programs.
This means that franchisees or their designated managers who have completed the initial training are then responsible for training all other staff members at the Body20 studio. This includes ensuring that new Designated Managers are properly trained according to Body20's standards.
If Body20 determines that a franchisee is not adequately training their employees, Body20 may prohibit the franchisee from conducting further training. In such cases, Body20 may require the employees to attend training at their headquarters, for which the franchisee must pay a Training Fee. Alternatively, Body20 may send a representative to the franchisee's studio to conduct the training, with the franchisee incurring a fee not exceeding $1,000 per trainer per day.
