Item 7 includes various costs to start the business, such as the Initial FF&E Package. If a franchisee chooses to forego financing and instead purchase the Initial FF&E Package, the estimated cost will range from $95,218 to $114,158, payable to Body20. The costs for rent, fixtures, and improvements may vary and be significantly higher based on factors such as square footage, location, economic climate, market conditions, prevailing interest rates, property conditions, and other physical characteristics of the studio.

Prospective franchisees should note that these costs can vary significantly based on location, market conditions, and the size and condition of the studio.
