What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology System that franchisees are required to use must be dedicated for business uses relating to the operation of the studio. This means that the hardware, software, and network connections that make up the Technology System should only be used for purposes directly related to running the Body20 franchise.

This requirement ensures that the Technology System is not compromised by unauthorized programs or games, as the agreement explicitly prohibits loading or permitting such items on any hardware included in the Technology System. It also helps maintain the integrity and security of the system, protecting sensitive financial and customer data.

By dedicating the Technology System to business uses, Body20 aims to maintain operational efficiency, data security, and compliance with its policies and procedures. This also allows Body20 unrestricted access to the system for data collection and oversight. Franchisees must also ensure their employees are adequately trained in using the Technology System and related policies.
