- 9. Technology Fee as of the Effective Date (Section 3.4): $1,060 per month
A. Section 3.4 (Technology Fee) is amended by deleting the penultimate sentence of that Section and replacing it with the following:
We reserve the right to change the fee by providing you with written notice of any change at least 30 days prior to the implementation of the new fee amount, provided that the Technology Fee will not exceed the greater of $2,500 per month or 2% of your Gross Sales.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is addressed in Section 3.4 of the franchise agreement. As of the effective date of the agreement, this fee is $1,060 per month.
However, Section 3.4 is amended to state that Body20 reserves the right to change the Technology Fee. Body20 will provide written notice of any changes at least 30 days before the new fee implementation.
