We encourage you to consult with your own accounting, business, and legal advisors to assist you to prepare your budgets and projections and to assess the likely or potential financial performance of your franchise. We also encourage you to contact existing franchisees to discuss their experiences with the system and their franchise business. Notwithstanding the information set forth in this financial performance representation, our existing franchisees are your best source of information about franchise operations.
Other than the preceding financial performance representation, we do not make any financial performance representations. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 encourages prospective franchisees to seek external financial advice. The FDD states that Body20 encourages franchisees to consult with their own accounting, business, and legal advisors to assist in preparing budgets and projections, and to assess the potential financial performance of the franchise.
Additionally, Body20 suggests that prospective franchisees contact existing franchisees to discuss their experiences with the Body20 system and their franchise business. Body20 emphasizes that existing franchisees are the best source of information about franchise operations.
The FDD also clarifies that, beyond the financial performance representations included in Item 19, Body20 does not provide any other financial performance representations. Furthermore, Body20 does not authorize its employees or representatives to make any financial representations, either verbally or in writing. However, if a franchisee is purchasing an existing Body20 outlet, the franchisor may provide the franchisee with the actual financial records of that specific outlet.
