What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 will provide franchisees with electronic access to its manuals. This access is granted on loan, and it remains available for the duration of the Franchise Agreement or any subsequent franchise agreement.
The manuals are a critical resource for franchisees, containing the policies and procedures necessary for operating a Body20 studio. The FDD indicates that the manuals consist of 460 pages. These manuals also specify the Technology System that franchisees must use for various operational tasks, including tracking orders, managing customer information, and generating sales reports.
Body20 retains the right to amend, modify, or supplement the manuals at any time, provided that such changes are made in good faith and are intended to benefit both the franchisor and its franchisees or improve the overall system. Franchisees are required to comply with any revised standards and procedures outlined in these updates within 30 days of transmission, unless otherwise specified by Body20. The current table of contents for the manuals is included as an exhibit in the disclosure document.
