How can a party change its mailing address for notices related to the Body20 franchise agreement?

Body20 Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Notices to either party must be sent to the addresses set forth in Appendix A.

Either party may change its mailing address by giving notice to the other party.

Notices will be deemed received the same day when delivered personally, upon attempted delivery when sent by registered or certified mail or overnight delivery service.

All routine requests for approval related to day-to-day operations (and communications related to such requests) must be in writing but may be communicated via e-mail to the addresses provided by such other party.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body20 Franchise Disclosure Document, either party (the franchisor or the franchisee) can change their mailing address for official notices by providing notice to the other party. The initial addresses for such notices are detailed in Appendix A of the franchise agreement.

This means that if a Body20 franchisee moves their business location or prefers to receive notices at a different address, they must formally notify Body20 Franchisor LLC of the change. Similarly, if Body20 changes its principal business address, it must notify all franchisees.

Notices are considered officially received on the day they are delivered in person, or upon attempted delivery if sent via registered or certified mail or overnight delivery service. For routine, day-to-day operational requests and communications, email is acceptable to the addresses provided by each party.
