A. Section 3.4 (Technology Fee) is amended by deleting the penultimate sentence of that Section and replacing it with the following:

We reserve the right to change the fee by providing you with written notice of any change at least 30 days prior to the implementation of the new fee amount, provided that the Technology Fee will not exceed the greater of $2,500 per month or 2% of your Gross Sales.

  • B. Section 3.11 (Training Fee) is deleted and replaced with the following:
    • 3.11 Training Fees. Prior to your Required Trainees' (as defined in Section 5.1) attending Initial Training (as defined in Section 5.1), you must pay us an Initial Training fee in the amount of $2,500, which will cover Initial Training for your initial Required Trainees, provided that they attend the same training session.
