What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 reserves the right to change the Technology Fee. To do so, Body20 must provide franchisees with written notice of any change at least 30 days before the new fee amount is implemented.

This means that a prospective Body20 franchisee should be aware that the Technology Fee, which covers various technology services, is subject to change. While the initial Technology Fee is outlined in Appendix A, Body20 can adjust this fee with a 30-day written notice.

However, there is a limit to how much the Technology Fee can be increased. The fee will not exceed the greater of $1,200 per month or 2% of the franchisee's Gross Sales. This provides some level of predictability and protection for the franchisee, ensuring that the Technology Fee remains capped at a reasonable level relative to their revenue or a fixed amount.
