What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Coach Onboarding Fee for each fitness coach attending the Coach Onboarding program. The standard fee is currently $125 per coach. However, Body20 has the discretion to require supplemental training for a coach, which can increase the fee.
The maximum Coach Onboarding Fee is capped at $500 per coach, but supplemental training can add up to an additional $2,000 per coach. Therefore, the highest possible Coach Onboarding Fee, including supplemental training, is $2,500 per coach. This fee covers the cost of the onboarding program, which includes both in-person and online instruction.
It is important to note that Body20 may increase the Coach Onboarding Fee periodically, but it will not exceed the stated maximums of $500 for the base fee and $2,000 for supplemental training. Franchisees should factor these potential training costs into their budget when planning to hire and train fitness coaches for their Body20 studio.
