What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 will make sales and other materials produced with Brand Fund monies available to franchisees. These materials will be provided without charge or at a reasonable cost. Any proceeds from the sale of these materials will be deposited back into the Brand Fund.

The Brand Fund is supported by franchisee contributions of up to 4% of Gross Sales, though the current contribution is 2%. These funds are used for advertising, branding, marketing, public relations, and promotional activities that benefit the Body20 brand and its studios. Examples of these activities include advertising campaigns, website maintenance, social media management, and direct mail advertising.

Body20 retains the right to direct all marketing programs and the use of the Brand Fund, including final decisions on creative concepts, materials, and media. While Body20 may consult with a franchisee advisory council or a committee of franchisees, the ultimate authority rests with Body20. This means that while franchisees contribute to the Brand Fund, Body20 has the final say on how the money is spent and what materials are produced.
