Our Marketing. We may from time to time formulate, develop, produce, and conduct, at our sole discretion, advertising or promotional programs in such form and media as we determine to be most effective. We may make available for you to purchase approved advertising and promotional materials, including signs, posters, collaterals, etc. that we have prepared.

If we conduct media advertising, we may use direct mail, print, radio, Internet, or television, which may be local, regional, or national in scope. We may produce the marketing materials inhouse or employ a local, regional, or national advertising agency. We are not obligated to conduct any advertising or marketing programs within your market.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 may make available for purchase approved advertising and promotional materials, including signs, posters and other collateral that they have prepared. Body20 may also formulate, develop, produce, and conduct advertising or promotional programs in any form and media they determine to be most effective. These programs may utilize direct mail, print, radio, Internet, or television, and may be local, regional, or national in scope. Body20 is not obligated to conduct any advertising or marketing programs within a franchisee's market.

As a franchisee, you are required to spend at least $1,500 per month on local advertising and promotional activities, in addition to the Brand Fund Fee. Body20 has the right to designate what types of expenditures will count toward this Marketing Spending Requirement. You must also participate in all in-Studio promotional programs that Body20 offers to franchisees and follow their guidelines concerning promotional programs.

Body20 also manages digital marketing efforts, including websites and social media, and franchisees generally cannot conduct their own digital marketing using Body20's marks without written consent. Franchisees must also spend a minimum of $15,000 for grand opening advertising and promotion, beginning at least 60 days before and ending 30 days after the studio opens, according to a plan approved by Body20. Failure to meet minimum pre-opening membership sales targets may result in a requirement to spend an additional $10,000 on grand opening advertising.
