Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Any extension that we grant you (or your Affiliated Entity) will apply only to the Studios for which you (or your Affiliated Entity) obtained the extension and will not extend, delay, or otherwise impact any other deadline under the Development Schedule.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any extension granted to a franchisee or their affiliated entity applies only to the specific Body20 studio for which the extension was obtained. This extension will not extend, delay, or otherwise impact any other deadline outlined in the Development Schedule for other studios under development.

This means that if a Body20 franchisee is developing multiple studios according to a set schedule, and they encounter a delay that necessitates an extension for one particular location, the timelines for their other locations remain unchanged. This provides clarity and prevents a domino effect of delays across the franchisee's development plans.

For a prospective Body20 franchisee, this policy offers a degree of assurance that unforeseen delays at one location will not jeopardize the progress of other studio openings. It allows for more focused management of individual studio timelines without the risk of cascading setbacks. However, franchisees should still aim to meet all deadlines to avoid extension fees, which are $2,500 per month (or portion of a month) that the Signing Deadline or Opening Deadline for such Studio is extended.
