If a Studio is destroyed or damaged by any cause beyond your control such that it may no longer continue to be open for the operation of business, you must immediately give us notice of such destruction or damage ("Destruction Event").
You must diligently work to repair and restore the Studio to our approved plans and specifications as soon as possible at the same location or at a substitute site accepted by us within the Development Area.

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Body20 studio is damaged or destroyed by any cause beyond the franchisee's control, preventing the business from continuing operations, the franchisee must immediately notify Body20 of the event, which is termed a "Destruction Event".
Following notification of the Destruction Event, the franchisee is obligated to diligently work to repair and restore the studio. This restoration must adhere to Body20's approved plans and specifications. The restoration should occur as quickly as possible, either at the original location or at an alternative site within the Development Area that is acceptable to Body20.
This requirement ensures that the Body20 brand maintains its presence and operational capacity, even in the face of unforeseen circumstances. It also places the onus on the franchisee to take swift action to mitigate any potential losses and resume business operations, subject to Body20's oversight and approval regarding the restoration plans and location.
