What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must conduct all sessions in accordance with the Body20 system. Any sessions that a franchisee or their fitness coaches develop must align with the System Standards specified by Body20.
If Body20 disapproves of any session that a franchisee offers, the franchisee must immediately stop offering the session or modify it according to Body20's instructions. This ensures that all Body20 studios maintain a consistent brand experience and service quality.
This requirement gives Body20 significant control over the services offered at each franchise location, ensuring uniformity and adherence to brand standards. It also means that franchisees cannot independently introduce new training sessions without prior approval from Body20, which could limit their ability to innovate or cater to specific local market demands without franchisor consent.
