What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise fee is due when you sign the Franchise Agreement. The standard franchise fee for a single unit Body20 franchise is $65,000, which must be paid in a lump sum. This payment is required prior to your initial required trainees' initial training.

For franchisees developing multiple Body20 studios under a Development Agreement, the timing of the franchise fee payment remains the same, due upon signing the Franchise Agreement for each studio. However, the amount of the franchise fee varies depending on the number of studios the franchisee commits to develop. For instance, if a franchisee commits to developing three studios, the franchise fee is $55,000 per studio. If the commitment is for ten studios, the fee decreases to $35,000 per studio. In this case, a Development Fee is paid upon signing the Development Agreement, which is then credited towards the initial Franchise Fee for each studio developed.

It is important to note that all fees and payments to Body20 are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or permitted by the payee. Prospective franchisees should factor the franchise fee payment schedule into their financial planning, ensuring funds are available when the Franchise Agreement is signed to avoid delays in commencing operations.
