- 3. Requested Consulting Services. We will provide to you additional consulting services with respect to the operation of the Studio upon your reasonable request and subject to the availability of our personnel. If we consider it appropriate or necessary, we will make available to you information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in the areas of
merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. We may provide such additional consulting services through the distribution of printed or filmed material, an Intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person. If such services are rendered in person other than at our offices, you must pay us a fee and our expenses. (Franchise Agreement - Section 5.6)

According to the FDD, Body20 may deliver these consulting services through various methods, including printed or filmed material, an intranet or other electronic forums, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in-person consultations. If the consulting services are provided in person outside of Body20's offices, the franchisee is responsible for paying a consulting fee of up to $1,000 per Body20 employee or agent for each day or partial day of service.
The FDD states that additional consulting services will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. In addition to consulting fees, franchisees are responsible for reimbursing Body20 for any travel and living expenses incurred by Body20's employees or agents when providing additional training, remedial training, or consulting services at the franchisee's studio.
