You are responsible for any travel and living expenses (including meals, transportation, and accommodations), wages, and other expenses incurred by your trainees. You are responsible for reimbursing us for any travel and living expenses incurred by our employees or agents related to providing any additional training, remedial training, or consulting services at your Studio.

Franchisees are also responsible for the travel and living expenses of fitness coaches while attending Coach Onboarding. If Body20 conducts the in-person portion of Coach Onboarding at the franchisee's studio, the franchisee must pay Body20 an additional training fee of $1,000 per trainer per day and reimburse Body20 for the travel and living expenses of their trainers.
