What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated initial investment for Coach Onboarding Fees and Related Costs ranges from $250 to $9,300. This cost covers the expenses associated with training fitness coaches, which is a mandatory step before they can provide coaching services at a Body20 studio.
The Coach Onboarding Fee is $125 per coach. The low estimate assumes that only two coaches will attend Coach Onboarding, they will not need to travel, and they will not receive the supplemental training. The high estimate assumes that four coaches will need to travel and receive the supplemental training.
Additionally, some fitness coaches may need extra practice, coaching, or follow-up instruction, which could cost up to an additional $1,000 per person. If there isn't a Body20 studio in your market, you're responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for your fitness coaches to attend Coach Onboarding at a studio in another location. It's also worth noting that each fitness coach must attend and successfully complete the current Coach Onboarding every two years.
