What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the estimated pre-opening payments for the Initial FF&E Package, if financed, range from $8,485 to $24,656. This package includes furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other items, including baselayers, which Body20 will supply to the franchisee with delivery and installation.

Body20 expects franchisees to finance the Initial FF&E Package through a third-party vendor via a lease-to-own or equivalent financing arrangement. This financing option significantly lowers the initial cash outlay required to begin operations compared to purchasing the package outright.

For comparison, if a franchisee chooses to forego financing and purchase the Initial FF&E Package directly, the estimated cost ranges from $95,218 to $114,158. This upfront payment is nonrefundable. Therefore, financing the FF&E package represents a substantial reduction in initial costs, although it will likely involve interest payments over the term of the financing agreement.
