What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body20 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Coach Onboarding program generally includes five days of in-person training and 15 hours of online instruction as of the Effective Date. This program is mandatory for all individuals providing fitness coaching at a Body20 studio, ensuring that coaches meet the brand's standards and are properly trained in their fitness methodologies.

The FDD specifies that if a coach has completed the Coach Onboarding program within the prior two years at another Body20 studio, they are not required to attend it again immediately. However, all coaches must attend the then-current Coach Onboarding every two years to stay updated with any changes or new training methods implemented by Body20.

Body20 conducts the Coach Onboarding program at locations and times of their choosing. The franchisee is responsible for paying a Coach Onboarding Fee for each fitness coach attending the program. The current fee is $125 per coach, but there may be an additional fee of up to $1,000 per coach if Body20 determines that supplemental training is required. It is important to note that Body20 may increase this fee periodically, but it will not exceed $500 per coach, with a maximum of $2,000 for those needing supplemental training.
