Body20 Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
5.1 Initial Training. Prior to opening the Studio, you (or your Operating Principal, if you are an Entity) and your Designated Manager (collectively, "Required Trainees") must personally attend and satisfactorily complete our initial training program ("Initial Training"). We will provide Initial Training as soon as practicable after the execution and delivery of this Agreement at our offices, at any other location that we designate, and/or remotely via recorded media, teleconference, videoconference, the Internet, webinar, or any other means, as we determine. We will determine the length, timing, location, and substance of Initial Training in our sole discretion. We may waive a portion of Initial Training or alter the training schedule if we determine that your Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training or have previously been trained at one of our Studios. Each subsequent Operating Principal and Designated Manager must attend our Initial Training unless we otherwise agree in writing.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 determines the specifics of the Initial Training program. The FDD states that Body20 has the sole discretion to determine the length, timing, location, and substance of the Initial Training.
Prior to opening a Body20 studio, the franchisee (or their Operating Principal if the franchisee is an entity) and the Designated Manager must attend and satisfactorily complete the Initial Training program. Body20 will provide this training as soon as practical after the franchise agreement is executed. The training can take place at Body20's offices, another designated location, or remotely through various digital means.
Body20 may waive or alter portions of the Initial Training if the Required Trainees have sufficient prior experience or training from another Body20 studio. Each subsequent Operating Principal and Designated Manager must attend the Initial Training unless Body20 agrees otherwise in writing. If the Required Trainees fail to complete the Initial Training successfully, they must repeat it or be replaced by someone who can complete it. The Initial Training must be completed at least 30 days before the studio opens or by an earlier deadline specified by Body20.
