What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 has the sole discretion to formulate, develop, produce, and conduct advertising or promotional programs. Body20 determines the form and media to be used in these programs, aiming for maximum effectiveness. They may also offer franchisees the opportunity to purchase approved advertising and promotional materials, such as signs and posters.

Body20 may use various media for advertising, including direct mail, print, radio, Internet, or television, on local, regional, or national levels. They can produce marketing materials in-house or hire an advertising agency. However, Body20 is not obligated to conduct any advertising or marketing programs within a franchisee's specific market.

All advertising materials using Body20's marks must receive prior written approval from Body20, and Body20 retains the final decision on the creative development of advertising and promotional messages.
