What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the amount of the Brand Fund Fee is determined by Body20. The franchisee must contribute weekly an amount that Body20 specifies, which will not exceed 4% of the franchisee's Gross Sales. This contribution goes into a fund dedicated to activities that Body20 believes will benefit the Brand or the Studios generally.
Body20 has the right to direct all marketing programs and uses of the Brand Fund, with the final decision over creative concepts, materials, and media used in the programs and their placement. Body20 may consult with a franchisee advisory council or a committee of franchisees regarding marketing programs, but the final decision rests with Body20.
Prospective franchisees should note that Body20 does not guarantee that a franchisee will benefit from the Brand Fund in proportion to their contributions. Additionally, other franchisees may not be required to contribute to the Brand Fund, may be required to contribute at a different rate, or may be required to contribute to a different Brand Fund.
