Typically, a Body20 territory encompasses either a population of approximately 50,000 people surrounding the studio or a two-mile radius from the studio's front door, whichever includes fewer people. However, in very high-density urban markets with populations above one million, Body20 might not provide any territory at all or might reduce the territory to no more than a city block.
This means that a prospective Body20 franchisee's protected territory can vary significantly based on location. Franchisees in densely populated areas may have little to no territorial protection, increasing the risk of competition from other Body20 studios. It is important for potential franchisees to understand how Body20 defines and measures the population in their desired area to assess the potential market and competitive landscape.
