From what date does the initial term of a Body20 license begin?

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial term of the license begins on the Effective Date, which is specified in Appendix A of the Franchise Agreement. However, the initial term ends ten years from the date that the Body20 studio opens for business, also known as the "Opening Date." The agreement can be terminated sooner if certain conditions are met as outlined in other sections of the agreement.

For a prospective Body20 franchisee, this means the start of the 10-year franchise term is not tied to the date the agreement is signed. Instead, it's linked to when the studio actually begins operations.
