What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body20 does not currently charge a mystery shopper program fee. However, Body20 may require franchisees to participate in a mystery shopper service in the future.
If Body20 engages a mystery shopping service on behalf of a franchisee, the franchisee must pay Body20 a fee. This fee will not exceed 110% of Body20's and its affiliates' actual costs and expenses. Details of any mystery shopper program and associated fees will be included in the Body20 manuals.
