What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a monthly license fee to MindBody, the approved point-of-sale (POS) system vendor. This fee is currently $599 per month. This payment begins three months before the Body20 studio opens.
In addition to the MindBody license fee, franchisees must also pay a Technology Fee to Body20 for other technology-related services. This Technology Fee is currently $1,060 per month, also starting three months before the studio opening. The FDD specifies that the franchisee is responsible for ensuring the Technology System is properly maintained and upgraded.
It is important to note that these technology costs are in addition to the initial investment in the Technology System, which Body20 estimates will range from $3,800 to $7,500. This initial investment covers hardware, software licenses, related equipment, and network connections, including installation costs. All components of the Technology System must be purchased from Body20's approved vendors.
