What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current fee for Remedial Training is $500 per trainer per day, in addition to their travel and living expenses. This fee is charged if Body20 determines that a franchisee is not maintaining the required standards and assigns trainers to retrain studio employees or requires the franchisee or their employees to repeat initial training or attend additional training programs.

This remedial training can be assigned if Body20 believes the franchisee is failing to maintain their standards. In addition to the $500 per trainer per day, the franchisee is also responsible for the trainer's travel and living expenses. Body20 retains the right to increase this fee, but it will not exceed $1,000 per trainer per day.

This fee is due within 10 days of receipt of an invoice. The FDD also states that all fees are imposed by and payable to Body20, non-refundable, and uniformly imposed. Franchisees must use the payment methods Body20 designates and furnish them and their bank with any necessary authorizations to make payments.
