What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current Coach Onboarding Fee is $125 for each coach attending the onboarding program. This fee covers the standard onboarding, which includes five days of in-person training and 15 hours of online instruction as of the effective date of the franchise agreement.
The Coach Onboarding program is mandatory for all individuals providing fitness coaching at a Body20 studio, ensuring that all coaches meet the brand's standards. However, a coach who has completed the onboarding program within the prior two years at another Body20 studio is not required to attend again immediately, but must attend the then-current Coach Onboarding every two years.
It's important to note that while the base fee is $125, Body20 retains the discretion to require supplemental training for coaches, which incurs an additional fee of up to $1,000 per coach. The franchisor also reserves the right to increase the Coach Onboarding Fee periodically, although it will not exceed $500 for each coach, excluding supplemental training costs, according to the FDD.
