Yoga Six Franchise, LLC, et al., filed November 22, 2023, Superior Court of the State of California, County of Orange, Case No. 30-2023- 01367265-CU-AT-CXC.

Lindsay Junk, our Chief Executive Officer, previously served as Brand President of Y6. Anthony Geisler, the Chief Executive Officer of Sequel Brands, previously served in the same role for Xponential and various subsidiaries of Xponential. One or both of them have been named as defendants, along with other officers and employees of Xponential, in the following lawsuits involving Xponential and its affiliates, which involve similar claims and allegations. We are not affiliated with Xponential and these lawsuits do not involve us or our affiliates.

On March 12, 2025, defendants filed a Notice of Removal to remove the action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Case No. 1:25-cv-01315-SCJ).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are two Yoga Six lawsuits described. One lawsuit, American Health Concepts, LLC and Yaqim Lalani v. Yoga Six Franchise, LLC, Xponential Fitness, LLC, Anthony Geisler, and Lindsay Junk, was initially filed in the Superior Court of Dekalb County, State of Georgia, Case No. 24CV11069. However, the case was removed to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (Case No. 1:25-cv-01315-SCJ) on March 12, 2025.
