If we deem it appropriate or necessary, we will make available to you information about new developments, techniques, and improvements in the areas of merchandising, advertising, management, operations, and Studio design. We may provide such additional consulting services through the distribution of printed or filmed material, an intranet or other electronic forum, meetings or seminars, teleconferences, webinars, or in person. If such services are rendered in person other than at our offices, you must pay us a consulting fee of up to $1,000 for each of such employees or agents for each day or partial day services are rendered. Such additional consulting services will be rendered at a mutually convenient time.

These expenses include meals, transportation, and accommodations.
