What does Body20 consider to be 'Confidential Information' under the agreement?

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Confidential Information encompasses a wide array of proprietary assets crucial to the brand's operation and success. This includes manuals, trade secrets, know-how, methods, training materials, information, management procedures, and marketing and pricing techniques specifically related to the Body20 studio, the System, or Body20's broader business operations.

In addition to the above, Body20 also considers all marketing plans, advertising plans, business plans, financial information, member information, employee information, independent contractor information and other confidential information of Body20, Body20's affiliates or the franchisee to be confidential information. This extends to any such information obtained during the franchisee's association with Body20.

This broad definition underscores the importance Body20 places on protecting its intellectual property and sensitive business data. Franchisees are obligated to safeguard this information, use it solely for the purpose of operating their Body20 studio, and prevent unauthorized disclosure both during and after their association with the franchise.
