What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must keep their studios open during the hours prescribed in the manuals or as otherwise approved by Body20. However, there are exceptions to this rule.

A Body20 studio's operating hours can differ from those prescribed in the manuals if adherence to those hours is prohibited by Applicable Laws. This means that if local, state, or federal laws prevent the studio from being open during the mandated times, the franchisee is not required to follow the standard hours.

Another exception is if the Site Lease for the studio premises prohibits certain operating hours. If the lease agreement between the franchisee and the property owner restricts the times the studio can be open, those restrictions take precedence over Body20's standard operating hours. Therefore, a prospective franchisee should carefully review the lease agreement and local laws to ensure compliance and understand any potential limitations on operating hours.
