What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body20 Franchise Disclosure Document, the coach onboarding program is officially referred to as "Coach Onboarding". Each fitness coach at a Body20 studio must complete this program before they are allowed to provide fitness coaching services. However, a coach who has completed the program within the prior two years at another Body20 studio is not required to attend again immediately.

The Coach Onboarding program generally consists of five days of in-person training along with 15 hours of online instruction. Body20 determines the locations and times for these sessions. Franchisees are responsible for paying a Coach Onboarding Fee for each coach attending the program.

As of the Effective Date of the FDD, the Coach Onboarding Fee is $125 per coach. Body20 may also require supplemental training, costing up to an additional $1,000 per coach, at their discretion. While Body20 can increase this fee, the FDD stipulates that the Coach Onboarding Fee will not exceed $500 per coach, with a maximum of $2,000 for any supplemental training that may be required.
