What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to training and consulting fees, a franchisee is responsible for specific expenses related to training and consulting services. These expenses include travel and living costs, such as meals, transportation, and accommodations, for their trainees. Franchisees must also cover the wages of their trainees during training periods.
Furthermore, Body20 franchisees are required to reimburse the franchisor for travel and living expenses incurred by Body20's employees or agents when providing additional, remedial, or consulting services at the franchisee's studio. These reimbursable expenses encompass costs related to meals, transportation, and accommodations.
This means that beyond the initial fees for training and consulting, a Body20 franchisee should budget for ongoing expenses related to staff training and any additional support or interventions provided by the franchisor. These costs can fluctuate depending on the location of the training, the number of trainees, and the extent of support needed from Body20's personnel. Franchisees should clarify the potential frequency and estimated costs of these additional training and consulting services to accurately forecast their operating expenses.
