Besides the 'Body20' mark, what other marks does Body20 own that are registered with the USPTO?

According to Body20's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to the 'Body20' mark, Body20 owns several other registered trademarks. These marks are registered on the Principal Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and Body20 has filed all necessary affidavits and renewals.

The additional registered marks include a mark with Registration No. 6,550,171 registered on November 9, 2021; 'BODYTWENTY' with Registration No. 5,672,522 registered on February 12, 2019; and 'TECHNOLOGY TRAINING FOR A RESULTS DRIVEN WORKOUT' with Registration No. 5,829,737 registered on August 6, 2019. There is also a trademark with Registration No. 5,672,545 registered on February 12, 2019.

As a Body20 franchisee, you are granted the right to operate a studio under these trademarks, service marks, associated designs, artwork, and logos as specified by Body20. However, you must use these marks in strict accordance with the Franchise Agreement and Manuals. You are restricted from using the marks in ways not expressly authorized, such as part of any corporate or business name, with unauthorized modifications, or in connection with unauthorized services or products.

Body20 retains control over any administrative or legal proceedings related to the marks and is entitled to any proceeds from such actions. Franchisees must promptly notify Body20 of any potential infringement or challenges to the use of the marks and must comply with any directions from Body20 to modify or discontinue the use of any marks.
