Bear Tracks Holdings is a California limited liability company that was originally formed as Bear Tracks, Inc, a California corporation, on March 13, 2009. On February 04, 2016, Bear Tracks, Inc was converted, under California law, to Bear Tracks Holdings as part of the transaction described above. Bear Tracks Holdings maintains its principal business address at 280 Hemsted Drive, Suite 200, Redding, California 96002. Bear Tracks Holdings owns and operates 65 Black Bear Diner restaurants that are similar to the franchises we offer. Bear Tracks Holdings does not offer and has not previously offered franchises in this or any other line of business. Bear Tracks Holdings does not currently provide any products or services to our franchisees but may do so in the future.
