- 6.6 PERSONAL SERVICES OF GUARANTOR NOT REQUIRED. Distributor and Guarantor are free to engage such persons as it/they deem appropriate to assist with, or complete perform, Distributor's obligations hereunder. Distributor has the exclusive right to select, fix the method and amount of compensation of, discipline, train, discharge and otherwise to manage, supervise and control all persons engaged by Distributor. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bimbo Foods Bakeries Distribution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you are not required to personally operate the Distribution Rights. The agreement specifies that the distributor and guarantor are free to engage people to assist with or complete the distributor's obligations.
Bimbo Foods Bakeries Distribution allows the distributor to select, compensate, train, discipline, and manage all persons engaged by the distributor. The distributor is exclusively responsible for managing and controlling these individuals.
As a Bimbo Foods Bakeries Distribution distributor, you are responsible for fulfilling all obligations and liabilities under laws, rules, and regulations relating to labor, employment standards, wage/hour, and wage payment requirements for all engaged persons.
