While we do not prohibit or restrict your right to carry and distribute all other merchandise for other companies, your Agreement will define certain types of products/brands you may not sell while owning your Distribution Rights. (Agreement, 6.7)
You may be prohibited from purchasing Distribution Rights, and it is a breach of your Agreement, if you or any of your employees (any representative of your company), family members, or close relatives are employed by Bakery or any business that sells products that compete with any product sold under a Mark; or if any of these individuals are employed by any parent, affiliate, or subsidiary of same.
