Although we do not currently do so, Franchisor and its affiliates may in the future use public figures in advertisements to promote certain Products. If they do, they will likely compensate these public figures in return for their roles in our advertisements. You do not have the right to use the name of any of these public figures in any promotional efforts or advertising without prior written approval from us. There are no public figures involved in the actual management or control of us.
