What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bigfoot Forestry FDD, a 'Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle' is used to transport operating equipment. Specifically, prior to opening their Bigfoot Forestry business, franchisees must have a vehicle that meets Bigfoot Forestry's standards.
This vehicle must be capable of transporting service technicians, operating equipment, and tools to and from job sites. The FDD defines a "Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle" as a vehicle used to transport the crew, operating equipment, and tools to and from job sites.
Bigfoot Forestry requires franchisees and their service technicians to use only the designated Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle for traveling to and from job sites. Franchisees must also maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring it is consistently washed and kept clean. This requirement helps maintain the brand's image and professional appearance.
Before opening, Bigfoot Forestry must inspect and confirm that the franchisee's Bigfoot Forestry Vehicle meets their standards and specifications. This inspection ensures that the vehicle is suitable for transporting equipment and personnel safely and reliably, aligning with Bigfoot Forestry's operational standards.
